Please follow these three steps to download
OptiPix™ Pro/Smartrparts/Desktop Tool
Frames with no internal memory will require additional steps, please call our Tech Support Hotline at 1.800.228.1979
- Enter your email address, this is not required but by adding your email
address you agree to receiving emails from time to time
from Smartparts.
- Enter your Serial Number, this is a required field in order to
proceed to downloading the OptiPix™ Pro/Smartparts Desktop Tool
software.
- When you have entered your serial number, press the "Proceed to Download" Button.
