I get a 4201 .NET error when installing OptiPix™
This sometimes happens when installing OptiPix™ on a computer that does not have automatic updates turned on
The problem can usually be addressed by:
- Install the .NET framework 1.1 by clicking here
- Install MSI 3.0 by clicking here
- Install OptiPix™ as usual
Some pictures saved by OptiPix™ have a black border on the top, bottom or sides.
OptiPix™ maintains the original aspect ratio (width/height) of your images for optimal picture quality.
If the aspect ratio of the picture is different than that of the viewable area of the frame, the image will
be resized to the maximum width or height of the screen.
