SPD15MW
Some or all of my pictures do not show up on my frame
The SP15MW digital picture frame will display photos that are saved in the jpeg format only. This is the default format for nearly all digital cameras. Make sure your camera is not set to save pictures in another format, such as RAW or TIFF.
Our OptiPix™ software is designed to eliminate incompatibilities, optimize the size of your pictures, and automatically rotate your vertical photos if your camera has an orientation sensor. Click

How can I use my frame to play music?
Your digital picture frame is capable of playing MP3 audio files through its built-in speakers or connected external speakers. Simply copy your MP3 files onto the memory card or USB device you plan to use. By default, the frame will play all MP3 files as background music when a slideshow is displayed. This can be configured in the Setup menu. The frame can also be used to play MP3 files without displaying pictures. From the main menu, select Music.
How can I resize my pictures for this frame?
Smartparts, Inc. offers a program called OptiPix™ which will optimize your photos for use on your digital picture frame. OptiPix™, available for download
here, will create perfectly sized copies of your original photos, and automatically rotate your vertical images if your camera has an orientation sensor.
How can I play a video file?
This frame will display AVI format videos of 320x240 pixels at 15 frames per second. Files with higher resolution or higher frame rates might not be displayed. If your memory card contains AVI format videos, enter the Video Folder to display them. Select the file you want to view and press Enter to start. The Pause/Play and Stop buttons can also be used, along with the volume controls.
