The latest firmware version is 1.24

If this is the first time you are upgrading your SyncPix™ frame, you may wish to be helped by one of our technical support representatives.

The firmware on your frame can be upgraded in two easy steps:

Step 1:
  1. Note: this step can be skipped if upgrading from firmware 1.17 or later
  2. Download file 1 here and save it to a memory card (SD/MS/CF etc.)
  3. Turn the power off on the frame, insert the memory card and then turn the power on
  4. The screen will turn red, and in approximately 30 seconds, it will turn green.
  5. delete file 1 from your memory card
Step 2:
  1. Download file 2 here and save it to a memory card (SD/MS/CF etc.)
  2. Turn the power off on the frame, insert the memory card and then turn the power on
  3. The screen will turn red, and in approximately 10 seconds, it will turn green.
  4. delete file 2 from your memory card
You are now up-to-date!
